When shooting for my ancillary texts I wanted to get a landscape shot that I could edit text over because I find visual images have a much stronger impact on buyers and viewers of the product than computer generated images do, this is because a visual image is more appealing and can sometimes tell a story whereas computer images with the band logo on just let you know who's album it is for example You Me At Six's latest album 'Cavalier Youth' has a visual image on its from cover which has a stronger impact on the audience whereas Of Mice & Men's last studio albums 'The Flood' had a simple computer generated image that had little effect on the viewer other than letting them know who the album was by.
